YPAward is a B2B platform for performance evaluation and corporate talent management. The software allows measuring productivity, managing 360° evaluations, and connecting with payroll systems for incentives. It does not include in-person consulting services or labor legal advice.

The client is responsible for the accuracy of employee data uploaded to the platform, obtaining the necessary consents for the processing of personal information, and complying with current data protection regulations in Argentina. YPAward is not responsible for improper use of the information.

YPAward does not guarantee that the software is error-free or that evaluation results are predictive of future performance. The platform is provided "as is." In no event shall YPAward be liable for indirect damages, data loss, or lost profits arising from the use of the service.

All content, design, code, and documentation of YPAward are owned by Young Performers Award S.A. Reproduction, distribution, or modification without express authorization is prohibited. Reports generated by the client are their property.

YPAward reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be notified at least 15 days in advance by email. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the new conditions. The contract is valid for one year and renews automatically unless otherwise notified.
