The platform measures productivity and competencies defined by each client. It does not include medical diagnoses, psychological assessments, or occupational health evaluations. The results are for reference only and do not constitute a certificate of professional suitability.
ScopeAll performance information is stored with AES-256 encryption and is only shared with the authorized HR department. We do not sell or transfer personal data to third parties. The client is solely responsible for managing consents in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law.
PrivacyA high performer is considered an employee who exceeds the 80th percentile in the metrics agreed upon with the client. There is no universal definition; each corporation defines its own high-performance criteria within the configuration panel.
DefinitionSynchronization with payroll systems requires prior configuration and may include manual validation processes. YPAward does not process payments or issue tax receipts; it only sends the calculated data to the external system. The client must verify the correct application of incentives.
IntegrationParticipation in evaluations is voluntary, unless the client establishes otherwise in its internal policy. In case of refusal, no metrics are generated for that employee, and the system automatically excludes them from performance rankings.
